Tender for supply & delivery including installation, commissioning, testing and provi ng out of fully synchronized pit jacks with under floor lifting system suitable for 08- car unit of vande bharat lifti ng as per para 2 of specification no. nwr/hq/m/works/164-item no. 2 of annnexure specification appended wit h tender. it includes all the accessories/ equipments and other concomitant accessories/equipment, which the manufacturer considers essential to make the machine fully operational, when installed and commissioned. it s hall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and m aintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. the requirement of any utility etc. should be cle arly indicated by the tenderer in the offer. details of the requirement will be as per attached specification appe nded with this tender. this shall also include supply of commissioning spares, maintenance spares and consum ables as defined in clause 2.2 of special conditions of contract and tools & spares as defined in clause 13 & 14 respectively of specification no. nwr/hq/m/works/164-item no. 2 of annexure- specifications appended with te nder. performing the entire civil foundation work, including reinforcement and other structural aspects related t o the pit jack are not under the scope of pit jack supplier. however, any special materials required for grouting/ foundation or interconnection shall be supplied by the contractor along with the instruction to use. any additio nal items like chequred plates, stairs, railings etc which are part of civil structure and essentially required towar ds completeness, maintenance, operations etc of m&p, shall be covered in scope of supplier allied electrical & mechanical works shall be included in the cost of the machine. quantity tolerance +/-: 5 %age, item category : normal, total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs camc for 5 years after completion of 2 years warranty period from the date of commissioning . t he details of camc as defined in clause 28 special conditions of contract of annexure specifications appended with tender. bidders are required to attach the price break up in year wise format for 05 years after expiry of 0 2 years of warranty period in pdf file along with submitted bid taking the discounting factor as 10%. it is sugge sted that guidance regarding adopted formulation in this regard may be referred at clause 8.7 of section iii of nwr sbd appended with this tender. warranty period: 2 years, amc period: 5 years, rate of discounti ng: 10 % a set of concomitant accessories also includes as per para 6a of appendix-a of annexure speci fication appended with tender. bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories in pdf file along with submitted bid. quantity tolerance +/-: 5 %age, item category : normal, total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs a set of optional accessories also includes as per para 6b of appendix-a of annexure specificati on appended with tender. bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories in pdf file alon g with submitted bid.
